Question by Cookie212: Best place to stay at Lake Tahoe in the summer?
I’m interested in spending a week playing at Lake Tahoe (golf, hiking, biking, water sports). What is the best area to stay in? Does anyone have any hotel recommendations?

If you were to watch the news this evening, you might decide to take a vacation somewhere else this year.

Fires are doing a lot of damage in and around Lake Tahoe with no let up in sight.
