These are our highest end luxury homes and estates, and there are some 200 lake front homes spread across nine different lake side Nevada neighborhoods. They are Glenbrook, Uppaway, Cedarbrook, Pittman Terrace, Lincoln Park, Skyland, Zephyr cove, Marla Bay and Elk Point. Some two-dozen or so townhomes are on the lake front in Pinewild as well. Words rather pale when trying to describe the scenic beauty of some of our lake front homes Lake Tahoe is, after all, their backyard. Characteristics of where the lake meets an estate ranges from craggy rock outcroppings to level sandy beaches; some of our lakefronts have a private pier and a few have natural rock breakwaters that form private, enclosed shallow water swimming, boat docking and water sports treasures.
