Question by havenstealer08: is it gonna snow this november 2008 in lake tahoe?
it is actually my birthday and i am going to visit south lake tahoe on the 27th of november.. i am hoping that there is a snow so i could enjoy my birthday vacation.. i am curious too about if there is a snow how deep is it and do we have to wear really high boots?? thank you!

There is about a 50-50 chance of a good snowfall on or by your birthday. Try doing a “Snow dance” the week before you leave and pray to the snow gods to bring the white stuff to Tahoe. I have been there on Thanksgiving when it was snowing like crazy and also one year when it was 70 degrees. No telling, but I think this year there will be snow. You could use those boots, sure.
